Gov. Nixon visits Windsor High School in Henry County to discuss major progress toward making A+ Scholarships available to every qualified student

WINDSOR, Mo. - Gov. Jay Nixon today visited Windsor High School in the Henry County R-I School District to recognize the district for its continued academic excellence and announce significant progress toward his goal of giving every student in Missouri the opportunity to earn an A+ Scholarship.
